Making A Purchase
Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details in order to satisfy the order. Then just follow the on-screen prompts.
We accept all major credit and debit cardsVisa, You may communicate your credit card information via phone if you would prefer not to order online (0344 332 0852). Cheques can also be posted by regular mail if preferred to TORQ LTD, Upper Barns, Trewern, Breidden Hills, SY21 8EA.
If ordering by phone, for security purposes, we will take your order and our Orders Supervisor will phone you back to take your card details if not available at the time of ordering.
Shipping And Handling
All prices quoted in the TORQ shop are inclusive of delivery, postage and packing. There are no hidden delivery charges*
* International customers (outside the UK) will need to pay shipping charges. Please make contact with us if you would like details of our international delivery schedule.
We dispatch your order as soon as we receive it, so we expect your goods to be with you in 2-3 working days. We do not offer a guarantee of this however and during busy times orders may take a longer time than this to reach you.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
20% VAT has been added to all products where applicable. Some of the items on this site are zero-rated however and do not carry VAT.

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. All of our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee (see our 'Returns Policy' for details). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your product(s) in original condition and you will be refunded.

TORQ do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. TORQ's guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send the item(s) unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Please note: we can only refund you for unopened and unused items. Any missing or used items will remain chargable.
Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us, unless the items are defective and clearly not 'as described' or 'fit for purpose.' We do recommend that you return any faulty/unwanted items by guaranteed recorded post. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go astray in the mail.
We will not process your order and draw on your funds until your goods are ready for dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse a sale up until this point.
