| Making A Purchase Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details in order to satisfy the order. Then just follow the on-screen prompts. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Returns Policy TORQ's guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send the item(s) unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Please note: we can only refund you for unopened and unused items. Any missing or used items will remain chargable. Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us, unless the items are defective and clearly not 'as described' or 'fit for purpose.'
