Col d’Izoard

As one of the rare climbs that has featured in both the Giro d’Italia and Tour de France, the Col d’Izoard was always destined for greatness, climbing its way up to 2,360m elevation, the Izoard is a beautiful beast at over 30km in length from Guillestre.

As the air thins and you plunge into the Casse Déserte, the climb takes on an unworldly landscape and you’re surrounded by pinnacles of weathered rock.
