Fabio Taccaliti is a 25-year-old professional triathlete from Italy. After completing his BSc in Aerospace engineering in 2020, he started working for Scuderia Alpha Tauri Formula 1 Team.
Apart from his work in F1, Fabio found that he didn’t have a goal in his personal life, so decided to prepare for an IRONMAN with very little racing history.
After one year of dedicated training with a performance coach and nutritionist, Fabio competed at IRONMAN Barcelona finishing with an incredibly fast time of 8hrs:54min:53s.
This June (2022), Fabio will be competing in the IRONMAN European Championships where he will aim to qualify for the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
