Justin started his sporting career as a runner, competing in various long distance races during school and university. He got his first serious bike when a friend challenged him to a triathlon race, which became a focus for several years. He pulled down his compression socks for the last time at 1883m on top of the Norwegian mountain called “Gaustatoppen” at the end of the infamous Norseman xtreme long distance triathlon. Whilst Justin cycled regularly with a local London club, he only took up racing seriously 2 years ago after an introduction to track racing. He quickly progressed winning the winter track series at Lee Valley Velodrome. In his first year focused on track racing, Justin picked up 3 National Masters titles, a European Masters title and a World Masters Bronze.
