LCW – The Long Course Weekend Wales

Pembrokeshire – Tenby

Wales’ biggest festival of sport! Taking place over 3 days, you’ll tackle a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and a marathon. You can also be a part of the weekend by doing the events individually, with various distances available so there’s something for every level of athlete! TORQ will be at the Registration Expo
