TORQ Breakout socially distanced Mountain Bike Race on August Bank Holiday and it’s full and oversubscribed, so why on earth are we telling you about it?
Our partners at Gorrick have shown great vision, by conceiving an event that allows Mountain Bikers (who are literally climbing the walls right now through lack of competition) to race safely in this most peculiar of environments. The name Gorrick have given the event ‘TORQ Breakout’ is thought provoking too – it’s what we all want to do right now, so we’re going to use this as an opportunity to have a special Breakout Sale on TORQ products and you can all join in!
As many of our regular customers are aware, TORQ attend a number of events throughout the year and due to Covid-19, this hasn’t happened in 2020, which means that many of you will have missed out on our fantastic show and event offers. To put this right, we are using TORQ Breakout as an opportunity to list a range of products on our website at special show pricing, so you can fill your boots. Whether you’re doing the TORQ Breakout event or not, you can breakout in your own way and get the fuel you need to do so delivered directly to your door postage free!
In order to allow plenty of time for those doing the event to order, the discounts will be available from today Wednesday 19th August until midnight on the day the TORQ Breakout event ends, Bank Holiday Monday 31st August.
The reason we’re running this offer is because we’ve decided, for safety reasons, not to exhibit at the TORQ Breakout event, so if you are competing, this gives you the opportunity to purchase our products safely ahead of the big day. At the same time, we don’t want to be discriminatory, so if you happen to stumble across this post, click on the link below and take advantage of the special offers – it’s our way of giving something back to all of you who have been unable to purchase TORQ at great prices at events this year.
The TORQ MTB Team will be at the TORQ Breakout event on Saturday 29th taking part in the 4-hour category, so we’ll hopefully see some you there, but don’t turn up expecting to purchase TORQ products please!
