All good things must come to an end, and alas this will soon be true of TORQ’s 2005 fitness weeks. The good news is that we’ll be back in 2006 with some more, so keep an eye out in the TORQ shop for the new dates.
Anyway, it’s not over until the fat lady sings, and she’s not testing her voice until the end of October when we fly back from Spain, so you’ve still got time to book up with us this year.
Our final 2 Fitness Weeks are as follows:
Pyrenees (22nd to 29th September): We currently only have 2 spaces left on this trip, so are almost full. Please get in contact with us immediately if you want to come to the Pyrenees at the end of this month. The full itinerary for this week is available on request (we’ll e-mail it to you), but to view our previous itinerary and see how we all got on, click on the links below – this month’s trip will be very similar in format:
Spain (19th to 26th October): We still have plenty of spaces available on this trip, so get yourselves booked on to it. This will be a very laid back trip, because it comes at the end of a very busy racing season. The aim of this week is to get you to reflect on the season’s events and establish where you need to improve for 2006. You can tap into the wealth of information that will be disseminated during the week and we can use the time constructively to lay down some plans for the winter and next season. With seminar topics such as periodization, peaking and performance nutrition to name but a few, can you afford to miss this opportunity? October is the perfect time to get your winter training rationalised – that’s why we’re running this week. And the riding? Laid back, fun and enjoyable with all ability levels catered for. Again, take a look at the couple of links below to see what we got up to last time. A full itinerary of the October week will soon be available:
