The Steyning Sprint was my first Triathlon of the year, my first for Team TORQ, and my first time out on the eye-catching TORQ-ed up Wilier Twinfoil. 

The Dyfi Enduro is one of the UK’s most popular single lap enduro events, this year selling out with a full 750 entries in a record time of 62minutes after they went online!

The inaugural English Duathlon Championships held in the Derbyshire Peaks was my toughest race so far this season, both in terms of the course and the weather conditions, so I was delighted to be crowned English Age Group champion (30-34) and 5th overall across all age groups. 

In October of this year, the government plan to introduce VAT treatment to all energy and recovery drinks and there are a number of reasons why we think this is a bad idea.

The team headed to Dalby forest for round two of the British XC series, for what turned out to be some of the toughest race conditions that a UK National XC race has seen in a long while…

Dalby forest was a stark contrast to the round one venue in many way’s, with the biggest difference to Sherwood being the sheer number of significantly difficult, technical challenges which cropped up around pretty much every corner of the course.
