Open water swim events aren’t generally allowed to take place until May, so I kicked off my season opener at the Birmingham triathlon run by the BRAT triathlon club.

Nick Shasha qualified to race for the Great Britain age group team at the prestigious European Duathlon Championships in Limmerick.

Martin is training for Ironman UK with the hopes of qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. 

Dalby Forest is a world class venue having hosted Round 1 of the 2010 World Cup XC Series and taking the UCI award for ‘Best XC Event’ in 2010. 

Last weekend the TORQ Performance Triathlon and Mountain Bike Teams descended on TORQ HQ in Shropshire for the team photo shoot with team sponsor and top professional photographer Joolze Dymond.
