Nick has just completed the race of his life; he came 3rd in the London duathlon. 

Recently it was the annual ITU world duathlon championships. 

Let me introduce our latest recruit to the triathlon team, Dave Mawhinney.

Nick our resident dualthete won the entire Hillingdon duathlon series recently. 

This weekend saw three superlative performances from TORQ riders at the biggest race of the year. 

My old Mum always warned me about strange men bearing gifts, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my front door and found Luke Humphreys, from Juice Lubes standing there armed with two team issue pit boxes filled with the full range of their products.  

In the 20 years this race has been run, it has always be been blessed with great weather, nobody knows why but the sun always seems to shine for this race.
