Winning Start
The ever popular Ellesmere event, the Shropshire Triathlon (a favourite with TORQ) has a long and illustrious history, indeed an Olympian still holds the course record, and what a result Sam achieved in her first race for the team…
This race also doubled as a qualifier for the European Triathlon Championships to be held in 2017.

Marathon Ride
Most of the TORQ MTB team took to the hills in the 2nd round of the Scott MTB Marathon in Rhayader, North Wales, and once again there was plenty of black and orange at the pointy end…
There are five Scott MTB Marathons this year, run on courses all over the country, but Rhayader is an ‘old faithful’ and awash with climbs and testing singletrack – well it is North Wales! -
Mastering Europe
This was a great weekend for Phil in Monte Gordo, Portugal, his 1st time pulling on a GB vest for the Cross Country Relay, but he knew it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park.

Big Cow Sprint at Emberton Park for the British AG Sprint Champs was Iain’s first race of the season, so would be a good test to see where he was at with his training and an opportunity to try out some new kit from our generous sponsors.

Midlands XC Champion

Dalby Delivery
The team headed up to Dalby Forest, Yorkshire, for Round 3 of the National XC Series on the former World Cup Course, where a high calibre field, including Commonwealth Games winner Anton Cooper and 2012 Olympic Bronze Medalist Marco Fontana, saw the riders fired up for a good race. -
Easter Monday
Getting up at the crack of dawn, Lou Haston travelled down to Manchester with her Scottish Cycling team mates to ride the ACT Easter Monday track meet.
