As the nights draw in and the weather turns to sub zero, I always think it’s a good time to reflect on the season past. 

You may remember Ajay Pandit Chhetri from when he visited the UK back in 2011, and gave us all a lesson in how to climb hills. 

Stu Robinson decided to take on the Conwy Half Marathon as a bit of a refresher race – after only 4 weeks from hitting nearly a sub 2:20 at the Frankfurt Marathon. 

​Stu returned to the fast course Frankfurt Marathon this year to try and attack and claim that elusive sub 2.20 time, which he’d been training long and hard for.

Set at Rockingham, Europe’s fastest Racing Circuit, this is an ideal setting for a PB or going for some end of season glory. 

This race was a little bit different to all the others Phil had done over the past few months.

Six days of racing at the World Masters for Jan concludes with the 500m TT, Team Sprint and Points Race…

Preparations for these Championships had been so spectacularly spoiled by illness, that I had done my very best to manage my expectations leading into them.

Having returned from Manchester with a Gold medal and new Masters World Record for the Team Pursuit, I found myself on the M6 driving back to Manchester four days later.
