A brilliant first report of the season comes from Nick Shasha, who took the lead on the first run at the Anglian Water Sprint Duathlon, held his position on the bike, then pushed into a convincing win on the final run. 

Sally began to take running a little more seriously in 2011, when she entered the London Marathon – small beginnings for what was to come. 

Shropshire born and bred Ali started running at the age of seven years – and hasn’t stopped since. 

This was Phil’s first distance race of 2016 and the third year he has run Folkestone 15 and, being one of the few hilly places local to him, he’s done a lot of his training in the area, so it’s a course he knows well and it’s a good indicator of where you are at in your Spring Marathon preparation.

The National Derny Championships took place on Sunday 29th November after twice being rained off in the summer. 

The Little Stretton to Stiperstones Villages Time Trial is a unique Shropshire event, where the idea is to travel on foot from Little Stretton to Stiperstones Village in the fastest time.
