I woke up, looked out from the balcony and saw the Mediterranean Sea. 

Isn’t it incredible that even on an off day, our super talented athletes still stamp their authority on races. 

Round 2 of the Midlands XC Series was simultaneously this year’s Regional Championships Race, which gave the riders the chance to be crowned with the title of The Midlands Regional Champion. 

The TORQ MTB Team put in some strong performances at the 2nd round of the National XC Series at Newnham Park, Plymouth – one of the most challenging tracks of the Season and a former world cup venue. 

This week, Richard Dunnett, the TORQ Performance MTB Team’s endurance specialist and reigning British Solo 24 Hour Mountain Bike Champion, heads to Finale Ligure on the south coast of Italy for the 2015 European 24hr Solo Championships, in a bid to take the Men’s European 24 Hour Solo title.. 

On Monday 9th February, 2 of the TORQ Perforamce Swimming Team headed out to Sahl Haseesh, and the Red Sea, to race in the International Stroke for Egypt. 

The Dyfi Enduro is considered by many to be one of the UK’s top Enduro Events, selling out close to 800 entries in a matter of minutes. 

Emma Lamont’s first Triathlon of the Season was held up in Scotland, where she took the win for Overall Female…

Following a great 10 days of warm weather training in Majorca, this was my first Triathlon of the 2015 Season and also my first race in a very busy few months of racing/events which will culminate in a jaunt down south for UK 70.3 at Wimbleball at the end of June. 

Two of our TORQ Triathletes where out for a pay day and duly came in as 1st Female and 2nd Male overall. 

Nick races a mature race and comes away with 1st in Age Group at a qualifier for the European Duathlon Championships in 2016, super tough racing = super tough competitor…

My third Duathlon of the Season saw me make the trip to Anglian Water, for the final qualifier for the European Duathlon Championships in 2016. 

The boys took on Chirk, Chris maintained his winning streak and Dave killed his Age Group.
