To race the European ITU Triathlon championships, you need to qualify at one of the British Triathlon’s 3 designated races. 

Chris Standidge had another good crack at the 70.3 World Championships. 

The Vitruvian is a classic race which always sells out quickly and attracts a good calibre of age group athletes. 

The Helvellyn Triathlon is a particularly brutal event, that really challenges the triathletes that line up for the challenge. 

This was a huge win for Eleanor and the TORQ Tri Team at a professional Iron Distance Race. 

Two big races in 6 days is tough, especially when they are both Championship events. 

Iain Robertson was so determined to keep the local honours of the Norwich Tri, that he not only ensured a clear win, but also broke the course record in the process…

July has seen so much excitement, firstly with the Tour de France coming to my home town Harrogate in Yorkshire. 

Dave Mawhinney is back to his best, qualifying for the Ironman World Championships again at Ironman UK. 

TORQ have some super talented athletes in their various specialisms, including the team managers, whom stepped up and completed an Iron-Distance race as a relay between them.
