The Stirling Duathlon (doubling as the Scottish Standard Distance Championships), takes in some of Scotland’s most picturesque scenery, with the run starting under the shadow of the Wallace Monument, within the grounds of Stirling University. 

The triathlon season drew to a close, so Nick Shasha worked on his favourite discipline – the run.

With the end of last year’s 2014 Season feeling like a very long time ago, I was keen to get in an early race, before April approached. 

Iain and Alex take on the British Duathlon Champs and Nick smashes the Sprint.

With Ironman South Africa looming (now only a few weeks away), March the 1st saw Eleanor’s first competative opportunity of the season. 

Today, we look back to the Summer to the National Relay Championships, where the TORQ team performed admirably yet again for the third year running. 

Looking back over the 2014 season, Nick has had some great results in a multitude of sports. 

It has to be said that in triathlon, the biggest and greatest race outside of the Olympics is the IRONMAN Hawaii World Championships. 

Two Iron distance races within 3 weeks… You must be bonkers, yet our Eleanor’s form was so strong, she was up for the challenge!
