Being based in North Wales usually means that I will be found enjoying my training on the mountains where I live. 

Based in Cumbria, Grant is relatively new to the triathlon scene, coming from a long-distance running background. 

I’m Joe Smith, a professional mountain bike athlete from Mid Wales, I have been competing at the highest level of the sport for 15 + years.
