The TORQ Track team is 4-strong and lead by Janet Birkmyre, a rider with an extremely impressive record in track racing at elite level (these pictures are of her new 2016 bike).

The introduction of the new TORQ Chew has made your endurance fuelling choices even easier than before…     There are now 4 TORQ Fuelling Units, each containing 30g of carbohydrate.

TORQ’s Fitness Consultancy specializes in advising athletes on optimal training and nutrition to enhance performance. 

TORQ are pleased to announce that for 2016 we will be fuelling one of British Triathlons’ fastest rising stars, IronMan Triathlete, Joe Skipper, with our range of TORQ Performance Nutrition Products. 

Our third and final product, due for launch in the next few weeks, is the NEW and unassailable TORQ Recovery Bar. 

We recently released details of the new TORQ Chew, so now it’s time to introduce our second innovation, also launching this month.
