Sam Dell is new to our TORQ triathlon team. 

With the duathlon season in transition until later this year, Nick decided to race the Watford 10k.

Nick Shasha qualified to race for the Great Britain age group team at the prestigious European Duathlon Championships in Limmerick. 

TORQ athletes Dave Mawhinney and myself elected to start the triathlon season off, with the popular Wrecsam Triathlon club hosted Chirk sprint triathlon. 

Martin is training for Ironman UK with the hopes of qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. 

Whilst Nick’s race of choice is duathlon, he is also a very accomplished runner. 

Nick, our super fast duathlete has been flying the TORQ flag again. 

Martin got his season off to a flying start at the Monikie Duathlon recently. 

TORQ’s talented duathlete Nick Shasha is showing some tremendous form at the moment, he has just finished 2nd at the Saucony 10k at the TCR show beating a number of established professional athletes, in an eye-watering 32minutes. 

Nick, our super-fast duathlete has kicked the season off by making the podium at the ‘F3 events duathlon’ at Dorney Lake. 

Nick our talented duathlete, he decided to put his running ability to the test competing in the Bexhill half marathon.
