Sam has taken part in the 3rd race in the ‘F3 evening triathlon sprint series’. 

At the beginning of the year I had this triathlon firmly on my ‘must-do-list’. 

Chris recently took part in the ‘220 Evening series’ triathlon and won it, leading from the gun. 

Last weekend I took part in the Cerist triathlon based in Machynlleth in Mid Wales. 

Sam took part in one of my favourite races, the Ironman UK 70.3 (1/2 ironman). 

Chris is one of the fastest athletes in the country racing Olympic distance races at Elite/professional level. 

Sam Dell took to the start line of the Cranbrook sprint in the hope of winning for the second year in a row. 

Sam Dell has been racing the infamous F3 sprint races that take part mid-week every month during the summer. 

TORQ had two of our athletes racing the Bala middle distance triathlon, this last weekend. 

Nick just keeps on winning! His latest race was won in an impressive 15minutes and 52 seconds and he appears to have done this with ease. 

Ironman Lanzarote, well known to be the toughest on the planet, met all expectations. 

Open water swim events aren’t generally allowed to take place until May, so I kicked off my season opener at the Birmingham triathlon run by the BRAT triathlon club.
