Last year Dave won his age group at Ironman UK and qualified to race at the exclusive Ironman World championships in Kona, Hawaii (second year in a row). 

Just a quick one from me. Martin started 2011 with a refreshing run in Stonehaven Aberdeenshire. 

With the tri-season now over, we will be having a selection of our team equipment up for sale. 

Our latest tri-recruit, Dave Mawhinney, has just come back from racing the Ironman World Championships; in my opinion the most prestigious annual triathlon race in the World. 

It’s that time of year again, the last triathlon has been completed and plans and dreams are made for the forthcoming season. 

Martin decided to do something a bit difference for his main ‘A’ race this year. 

Nick has just completed the race of his life; he came 3rd in the London duathlon. 

Recently it was the annual ITU world duathlon championships. 

Let me introduce our latest recruit to the triathlon team, Dave Mawhinney. 

Chris Panayiotou races at elite level for Torq and has kindly prepared a couple of reports on his most competitive races to date; Windsor and London which are without doubt the biggest races in the domestic calendar and also the most competitive, attracting an international field. 

Martin has had a busy August, his latest race was the Aberfeldy triathlon.
